About Francine Powers

I have enjoyed serving throughout the decades in multiple leadership capacities. I have owned Southern Real Estate and Development Inc. and served as Broker in Charge for the past 19 years. I have been involved with multiple boards and committees in the past including BJ’s Skeleton Career Center, Leadership Pickens County Board of Regents, City of Liberty Zoning Committee, and the City of Liberty Zoning Appeals Committee.

 

I graduated from the South Carolina REALTORS® Leadership Academy Class of 2020. I am currently State Director for the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® and serve on the South Carolina REALTORS® Grievances Committee, South Carolina REALTORS® Grievances Appeals Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and the Western Upstate Association of REALTORS® RPAC committee. I have also served on the South Carolina REALTORS® Networking Committee.

 

I have over 23+ years of real estate experience. I love being a real estate professional and serving my Clients with their real estate needs. Being a real estate professional is not a job to me, it is a lifestyle. My Clients become lifelong friends and my colleagues are like family. I am Blessed.
